Email sent to the artist

This is an image of the email that I sent to the artist that I wanted to create the music video for with their lyrics.
In the email I am bascially asking for their permission for me to use their lyrics in my music video, this is very important as it is their lyrics that they have created and I need to make sure that they are 100 % fine with me doing so.
